    Thanks so much for a wonderful day on your Single Tier and Rose class. You are a great teacher. We have attended a few cake decorating classes recently and this is by far the best. We are never going South again for classes now that we have found your kitchen.

    Our Cupcakes Basics class with you was a most enjoyable, very relaxing, entertaining and educational day. We were absolutely delighted with the cupcakes we took home and no-one could believe that we had baked and decorated them ourselves! It was a great day and we would and will do it all again!
